My studies have shaped an inclusive approach to teaching dance, rooted in the belief that movement can transform lives. I am inspired by working with diverse groups—children, older adults, and individuals with disabilities—creating accessible spaces for expression and connection. With extensive experience leading classes and choreography labs in schools and community centers across London and Spain, I aim to foster supportive and engaging environments that respond to individual needs and promote creative growth.

Contemporary-Creative Classes for Children & Teenagers
These classes combine creative movement with structured dance exercises, offering a playful yet focused approach to working with the body. Tailored to the age and needs of each group, sessions often explore themes that spark imagination while supporting the development of dance technique and individual expression.

Dance Science Classes
These classes integrate movement with science, helping students explore concepts through creative choreography. Using themes from the secondary science curriculum, students translate ideas into dance, enhancing both understanding and expression.

Topics include:

- **Life Science:** Life cycles, photosynthesis, body systems

- **Physical Science:** Forces, electricity, states of matter

- **Earth and Space Science:** Weather, moon phases, water cycle, rocks

Contemporary & Improvisation Classes for Adults
These release-based classes combine contemporary technique with improvisation, grounded in a somatic approach and body-mind centering. With a focus on floor work, alignment, and spatial awareness, participants develop technical skills while exploring intuitive movement in a holistic and supportive environment.

Choreography / Creative-Based Workshop
These workshops invite participants to explore creative dialogue through movement, drawing on tools used in my choreographic practice. Elements include voice, objects, text, video, experiential anatomy, and improvisation tasks that foster personal and shared spatial awareness. Set in a supportive environment, the workshops encourage participants to develop their movement language and creative expression.

Choreography in Landscape

Dance Seminar Inspired by Nature and Landscape
A movement-based seminar drawing from choreographic motifs rooted in the human experience of nature, inspired by the unique landscape of Korfos in Gavdos Island.

Moving to Nature

Embodying Natural Experiences Indoors
This workshop invites participants to explore personal memories of nature—urban or wild—through movement. Using guided improvisation and contemporary dance principles, you'll develop simple movement patterns and create embodied narratives in a supportive environment. A space to reconnect with your inner self and discover new ways of experiencing nature through the body.

Community Arts Participatory Laboratory in collaboration with Barbican Centre

As part of the Paul Hamlyn-funded ArtWorks Project, a creative lab was facilitated for postgraduate students from Goldsmiths, Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and Trinity Laban Conservatoire. The workshop invited participants to engage deeply with the relationship between mind and body by exploring contrasts between restricted and free states. Through guided exercises and movement tasks, students examined how creativity can emerge in different physical and mental conditions. The session emphasized the use of the body as a creative tool, encouraging experimentation and new approaches to creative expression.
